  • Couples & Family Therapy

Feeling stuck and lonely in a marriage or relationship can feel like a nightmare. In fact, when was the last time found yourself wondering “how did I even get here”? I mean you were so in love and full of hope for your future, right? Whatever your issue is, you are very clear that something needs to change and fast. Relationships are complex and many people struggle at some point in time. The best idea is to maintain a solid relationship and continue to strengthen the partnership. But whatever you are struggling with in your relationship, consulting with me will help you explore and figure ways to improve your relationship.

Many families have some built-in resiliency to manage their problems on their own. But even the best families may experience some difficulties where they feel a need for help beyond the family’s own resources. Family counseling can add tools to your family’s relationship tool box. It can also help you learn better ways to communicate and help you discover the triggers to problems you’ve been experiencing for a long time. Family therapy will provide you with a safe place to better understand each other.
